Free Consultation
I would love to meet with you, so we can meet in person, and you can decide if I would be a good fit for you and your birth. We'll talk about your wishes, and how I could best help you!
Phone & Email Support
As your doula, you will be able to text/call/email me with questions or concerns throughout your pregnancy, as often as you need.
2 Prenatal Visits
We'll discuss birth planning, labor & birth positions, counter pressure, breathing and relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga and exercise, and logistics.
During labor
I'd like you to let me know as soon as you're in labor, so I can prepare to join you when you need me (typically during active labor of 5-6cm), but will do my best to come earlier if requested. I will offer continuous labor support to you and your partner, comfort measures, emotional support, position change suggestions, guidance, and encouragement.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
A doula's sole purpose is to serve as a companion to offer emotional and physical support.
Baby’s first feeding Support
I will stay for the first 1-2 hours after the birth to celebrate with you, take photos if you wish, and help establish baby's first breastfeeding, if you choose to nurse.
Make decisions for you
Doulas have your best interest in mind, but are not able to speak for you. We know that you are strong and because of that it's encouraged that you (and your birth partner) use your voice.
Postpartum follow-up visit
I will come to your home to check in with you, review and process your birth experience, and offer emotional and recovery support.
Cost for Services
The package cost for all the above services starts at $600, depending on travel required.
Take the place of your partner
I want to support and come alongside your partner so we can both help you in the best possible way. I can get food, take over so that they can nap, and help remind them how they can help you. I will show them how to be engaged and support you.
